By accessing and using AutoJobFill (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoJobFill is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered form filling assistance for job applications and other document completions. The Service includes:

• Document upload and management (PDF, DOCX)
• AI-generated answers based on user-provided context
• Professional persona creation and management
• Saved answer library for reuse
• Browser extension integration (coming soon)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us permission to:

• Process your documents to generate AI responses
• Store your content securely in our database
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service

We will never share, sell, or use your personal documents for any purpose other than providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse or overload our API endpoints
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated answers are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses for any specific purpose.

8. Payment & Billing

For Pro subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but your data will be retained for 30 days for potential recovery.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
