Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.

Note: The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first Pro subscription. Renewals and reactivations are not eligible.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day period:

  1. Email us at billing@autojobfill.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
  3. We will process your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

3. Partial Refunds

After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Service Downtime: If we experience extended downtime (>24 hours), you may be eligible for a prorated refund
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund
  • Extenuating Circumstances: We may offer partial refunds at our discretion for exceptional cases

4. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings page. No cancellation fees apply.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again
  • After the period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier
  • Your data (documents, personas, saved answers) will be preserved

Reactivation

You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time. However, the 30-day money-back guarantee will not apply to reactivations.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (except during the first 30 days of initial subscription)
  • Unused portions of the subscription period after cancellation
  • Free tier accounts (no payment, no refund)
  • Services rendered before refund request (Pro features already used)

6. Failed Payment & Dunning

If your payment fails:

  1. We will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days
  2. You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt
  3. If all retries fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled
  4. Your account will revert to the Free tier

You can update your payment method at any time in account settings to prevent interruption.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We strongly encourage contacting us first to resolve billing issues
  • False chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before price changes take effect
  • Price changes will only apply to new billing cycles, not current ones
  • You may cancel before the price change to avoid the new rate
